    • Minutes from the previous meeting were approved with no additions.
  • President Update (Simon)
    • Budget update: Received $225 from Kampus Clothing, refunded $20 for Winter Event.
    • Total expenses: $4,175; total income: $2,977; current balance: -$1,198.
    • Minutes are now posted on the website.
    • Yearbook extra pages cost update: Each additional page costs approximately $42.
  • Principal Update (Kristin)
    • Report cards available December 12 via Genesis portal.
    • Winter concert for grades 1–3 scheduled for December 18.
    • December is STEM and Computer Science month, with related activities planned.
  • Treasurer Update (Ed)
    • Balance updates: $18,000 in main account, $1,300 in two other accounts, $1,300 in PayPal.
    • Consolidation of bank accounts not yet completed.

    • Merchandise quotes for water bottles and magnets shared; minimum order quantities and pricing discussed.
    • Spirit wear sales compared to last year; suggestion to consider bulk ordering for cost savings.
    • Vendor comparisons ongoing, including Aztec.
  • Social Media Update (Christine)
    • Increased engagement on Instagram, especially with event and member posts.
    • Request for staff profiles to continue member features.
    • Facebook access issues persist; Amanda is currently the only one able to log in.
  • Events Update (Flannery/Amanda)
    • Past: Book fair was successful, with record earnings and strong volunteer support.
    • Upcoming: Planning for spring yard sale (hybrid model—tables and donations).
    • Considering outside setup, need two days in April (Saturday or Sunday) and a rain date.
    • Donation drop-off logistics discussed; foyer suggested as drop location.
    • If event runs 10–2, setup would need to start at 8.
