- Kristin updated the group on PTO event liability coverage:
- Coverage is case-by-case and depends on whether events are held on school property.
- The team discussed the need for further clarification and possibly waivers for certain events.
- Website & Communications
- Christine and Kristin will revamp the teacher/staff section of the PTO website.
- Flannery will send out another call for classroom volunteers, highlighting classes still in need.
- Volunteer & Skills Collection
- The PTO received about 15 general volunteers.
- Future communications will ask volunteers to share any special skills to help with events.
- Teacher Appreciation & Staff Luncheon
- Christine and Suraya will coordinate staff appreciation days.
- Suraya and others will manage the December staff luncheon.

- Suraya reported new single-color logo items have arrived and will be restocked in the main office.
- She is gathering quotes for new items:

- Planning the Spirit Wear store, possibly including Cardinal Kids gear for other schools.

- Flannery shared that Chalk the Walk and the Fun Run were successful:
- Strong turnout and positive feedback.
- Merchandise sales were good, and more items will be restocked.
- Fundraising & Financials
- Simon updated on the PTO’s nonprofit status and ongoing efforts to resolve tax filings.
- The team discussed the need to raise at least $6,000 this year due to the loss of after-school club revenue.
