Guidelines for Selling
1. REGISTER between Friday, 5pm September 9 and 5pm Monday, September 12th. Registrations will NOT be accepted before or after these dates. NEW THIS YEAR: Only electronic registration accepted:

and fill out the entire form during the registration period. Early or incomplete registration will not be accepted.
· NEW Sellers please let us know your registration category:
· LES Family (please include the name and grade of your currently enrolled child)
· Lawrence Township resident
· Non-Lawrence resident
· 3 preferred work shifts -- Friday night or Saturday. All efforts will be made to assign to a preferred shift.
· Sellers will be accepted via lottery. Priority will be given to past sellers in good standing and LES families, then Lawrence Township residents and finally, non-Lawrence residents.
· On or before September 20th, all registrants will be notified as to whether or not they have secured a spot in the sale. Please do not e-mail us prior to September 20th to ask about your registration status as these e-mails slow down the registration process for everyone. To maintain the established registration and notification timeline, we will only respond to the email address you provide for registration. If you have not heard from us by Sept. 22nd, please feel free to contact us, les.clothing@yahoo.com.
2. TAG your items before Friday, Sept. 30th.
· Items must be seasonal (FALL/WINTER). Tagging guns are available at the front office for purchase to assist with the process.
· Please only sell items that you would be willing to buy. Stained, broken and outdated items do not sell and take up valuable selling space. We kindly request that you do not bring them to the sale. Sellers who continue to bring stained/broken items may not be permitted to participate in future sales.

3. LAY OUT your items on Friday, Sept. 30th between 7 and 9PM.
· CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE SALE ON FRIDAY NIGHT! (STRICTLY ENFORCED!!)
· There is a preview sale for SELLERS ONLY on Friday night. The cashier opens at 8PM.
· 15% will be added to all purchases on Friday and Saturday as a donation the LES PTO.
4. WORK your shift.
5. PICK UP unsold items on Saturday, Oct. 1st between 12 and 12:30 PM.
· Tags of items that you intend to pick up MUST be marked with an “S” for Save.
· All items that are not picked up by 12:15 PM will be donated to charity.
· The PTO is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the sale.
6. RECEIVE PAYMENT - Tags from sold items will be totaled. Within 40 days, a check will be
mailed to each seller for the value of sold items minus a 15% contribution to the LES PTO.
