Tran and her family moved to the Lawrenceville area in 2012 and currently has a daughter in the 1st grade. She works at the Lawrenceville School as the Coordinator of Intercultural Programs and Assistant Director of Admissions after having spent many years working in higher education in college admissions and student life. She is excited about being a member of the PTO and looks forward to bringing her experiences and skills to enhance the learning experience for all LES students and their families and supporting teachers in their work as educators.

 

paulaPaula Spencer: Vice-President

Paula moved back to Lawrenceville from NYC in 2013 with her family. She is a mother of 2 (Isabella-first grade and Olivia age 1). A native of Long Island NY, Paula most recently worked as a Program Director running programs provided for inner city juvenile youth and teaching Common Sense Parenting to families throughout the city. Paula has also been a homeschooling mom for both her daughters and enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and playing tennis with her family. Paula is truly excited and honored to be a member of the LES family and looks forward to contributing to the school community and families within LES.

 

Audra Collins: Treasurer

Audra and her family moved to New Jersey in 2005. She currently has 3 children at LES (2 children in PreK and 1 in 2nd grade). She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree from George Mason University. She joined the PTO to be able to better connect with the LES community and staff and to work towards helping make each child’s experience at LES the best it can be.

 

Tina Settimi: Public Relations

Christina (Tina) studied business at Drexel University and journalism at New York University, and now covers the business of sports for Forbes Media. With her family of three including oldest son Cole, now in second grade at LES, she moved to Lawrenceville in 2010 to be in between family in Philadelphia and work in NYC. Her family has since grown to five with Luke, currently in kindergarten, and Adriana, in preschool. Tina assists with public relations for LES school events and writing the monthly Dragon Talk newsletter, is a classroom coordinator for Luke’s class, and serves on the parent board and the finance committee of St. Matthew’s Preschool in Pennington. The Settimis are active participants in Lawrence Flames ice hockey, Princeton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Lawrence Hamnett Soccer.

 

image1Heather Mullen: Recording Secretary

Heather and her family moved to Lawrenceville in 2005.  She currently has two boys at LES (Pre-K 3 and 1st grade).  Heather is a former elementary school teacher and has a Bachelor’s degree from Rider University with a dual certification to teach both general education and special education.  She also holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has a supervisory certificate from The College of New Jersey.  Heather joined the PTO to connect with and meet LES families and to be an involved part of her boys’ educational lives.  She hopes to utilize her background to benefit LES students and families. Heather is excited to be able to serve the LES community which she has already grown to love.
